1. Refund Policy

Full registration refunds are available until September 1, 2024. To request a refund, please contact us. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the close of the event on October 10, 2024. Once processed, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After September 1, 2024, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or unused tickets. We may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on-sale date, and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.

EDTECH WEEK is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by attendees. We recommend purchasing refundable travel and hotel reservations when possible.

2. Cancellation Policy

If the event is canceled or rescheduled by EDTECH WEEK, all ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund or a ticket transfer to the rescheduled event date. Notification of cancellation or rescheduling will be sent to the email address provided at registration.

If you wish to cancel your participation in EDTECH WEEK, you must do so by contacting us before September 1, 2024, to be eligible for a refund.

3. Transfer Policy

Tickets are transferable if you are unable to attend. To transfer your ticket, please contact our customer service team at least 72 hours before the event start date. There may be a processing fee for ticket transfers.

All ticket prices are listed in USD (United States Dollar).

8. Photo & Video Release

By purchasing a ticket and attending EDTECH WEEK, you grant us and any third party vendors to record your image, likeness, and/or voice on a photographic, video, audio, or any other medium. You understand that EDTECH WEEK will be the owner of all such recordings and uses. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or compensation arising from or related to the use of your image or recording.
